This project is for a retired woman who lives alone but maintains an active social life. She has owned this land for years which is not directly adjacent to Beaver Lake, but one house off of the lake where the views are better as you go higher. Concerned about aging in a house on a hill she requested an elevator which turned the project into a tall house with a small footprint rather than a single story house. The house is designed around capturing the best views and best quality of light as well as providing multiple opportunities for both indoor and outdoor entertaining.
